22 Months

I got my baby center e-mail "your 22 month old probably can only jump one foot first, not true jumping yet" Ha! I laugh in the face of babycenter as my 22 month old makes it a daily practice, jumping on the bed, jumping off the bottom step, jumping on the couch (after she throws EVERY cushion off as she is doing as I type), jumping on the playground, jumping off logs in the yard, I could go on and on!!
I also should say we have now gone one WHOLE WEEK with NO DIAPERS!

McDonald Pumpkin Patch

What a GREAT place! This farm is a non profit, it is educational AND all of the proceeds they raise goes to low income children. It was wonderul, riding horses, seeing the animals, picking our pumpkin. We went as a church group early Sunday morning...

Second Annual Blue Lake Run

So, Molly and I ran this race again. I love this race, family friendly and they serve hot dogs and cookies afterward--things I don't normally have in the house, much less eat!

Grandma DoeDoe finds a way to relieve the pain all the way from Kentucky...

Grandma DoeDoe got Bodhi what he had been wanting for months. He seemed to forget he busted his lip with the wings in place.

"It hurt worse than being dead!"

Well, last night included a trip to the ER for a busted lip! Bodhi was playing in the back yard, jumping from the kiddie picnic table to grab leaves from the tree when sister got in the way of his decent and a toy got him on the chin. Three teeth went into his lip from behind and one big one in front. He ended up with stitches, one in the front, one in the back. It was terrible, he did an awesome job, but to quote Bodhi regarding getting stitched "It hurt worse than being dead!".
He feel asleep so soundly after it all that I called poison control to make sure I hadn't OD'd him on acetaminophen! They said 6 more doses and they MIGHT get worried--wew. Paranoid anyone? Yes!
